Natural Labor + Birth Class - One each season, next class TBA. Mt. Elden Middle School Community Room.

Together we will do a deep dive into the physiology of natural birth, the inherent altered states of consciousness in the birth space, and how to support (not hinder) your free + powerful birth experience.

You will learn what birth *really* looks like, not the inaccurate depictions in TV and movies. You will learn about how your choices of provider/support and birth location can affect your plans for a natural, physiological birth.

We will make lots of time for discussion and for you to ask any questions you may have, and you will have the opportunity to connect with other families who resonate with the natural birth path. Our aim is to leave you feeling more informed, clear, and inspired to create YOUR powerful birth, whatever that may look like.

All who have interest in physiologic birth are welcome, you don’t have to be pregnant to attend. Partners + family members are encouraged to attend as well. Small children may have a difficult time sitting through the full workshop—we suggest only babies at the breast or older children attend.

The cost of this workshop is by donation, as we want to provide this important resource to ALL members of our community, no matter their economic status.

Snacks will be provided, and there will be a short break for a meal allotted. We encourage you to pack a meal if you can, but there are also restaurants nearby for quick pick-up.

The class will be held in the Community Room at Mount Elden Middle School--please look for signs at the main entrance.
