Reiki Classes

This light in your heart is something of and with which you were born.

To be initiated into the Reiki tradition is to devote and open yourself further to this light-- to this Wild Torch that ignites your path of love, wholeness, and expansion. This path is joyous, enlightening, life-affirming, and sometimes challenging. Annika and your fellow students will walk with you through this journey, as you realize your wild + divine nature and illuminate the road in front of you with your own heart.

If you're looking to engage in a Reiki class where you get in, get your attunement, and get out, this is not the class for you.

You will be asked to open your heart, mind, and belief systems. You will be asked to show up in radical vulnerability and authenticity, ready to support and be supported in a connected, unconditionally loving container. 

The Reiki I certification curriculum includes:
--What exactly is Reiki?
--Reiki history
--Reiki ethical principles
--Detailed discussion of what the Reiki classes include, I-III
--The nature of "healing" and what it means to be a healer
--Intuition and how it contributes to Reiki practice
--Rundown of the chakra system
--Treatment process (for self + others, including pets): setting, preparations, hand positions, etc. 
--How to engage in conscious, sensitive touch with Reiki recipients
--Energy hygiene
--Detailed discussion of the 21-day clearing period
--Four initiatory attunements

In addition to the main 6-hour class, we include several other components that allow for a deeper practice to develop and for more personalized support on your path. 

These include: 
--One 2-hour group share session
--A one-on-one private session with me
--Access to the private Wild Torch Reiki Learning Group on Facebook where our class community will connect
--Continuous support + guidance throughout the 21-day clearing period that follows your initiation, including a detailed guidebook with dietary suggestions, journal prompts, and much more for each day

Energy Exchange:

This class will be offered on a sliding scale: $88-$144.

You choose a rate that feels safe + comfortable for you, and also feels like you're investing in yourself and your experience. Payment plans will also be available.
