I embrace my true nature as an ever-growing entity, celebrating every layer of not-me that is shed, and continually uncovering new depths of my unique essence as a human Being in this moment.

I realize that we each exist in an eternal state of transformation. This infinite wheel of expansion highlights the necessity of honoring ALL moments with reverence, for it is through all experiences--the good, the bad, the happy, the sad, and everything in between--that we can devotedly feel and embody the authentic VASTNESS of who we really are.

It is through these blessed, full-spectrum experiences that we are able to set intentions from an inner environment of openness, trust in the process of life, and a rebounding sense of gratitude and abundance.

Annika currently resides in the energetically potent mountains, forests, and canyons of Northern Arizona, spending her time out in the fresh air as many moments of the day as possible. When she's not facilitating a Sacred Session or attending a birth as a doula + student midwife, Annika revels in lifting heavy weights, soul writing, losing (and finding) herSelf on the dancefloor, communing with plants, animals, + crystals of all types, traveling spontaneously, and creating space through sound with Ritual Reset.
