"My Sacred Session came at exactly the right time to cause a significant shift in my life journey. Annika came to my home and we did the session in my room, which made me extremely comfortable to begin with. Her presence and energy is like a warm hug that instantly wraps you in its nurturing embrace. We started by just talking about life in general and things that were going on or that were on my mind. It felt like I was talking to a friend I had known forever and I knew I could share anything.

Through careful attention to use of language she helped me to recognize patterns in my life that I was previously unaware of. I tend to focus on the more mental aspect of things and conceptualize emotions and physical events. With this realization I am prepared to move forward in my life with more focus on feeling my lived experience instead of thinking about experience itself.

We included a variety of components in the session and she was extremely prepared for each part. She brought a massage table, a wonderful amount and variety of crystals, many different tarot decks, and an impressive variety of essential oils for aromatherapy. From talking, to creating a crystal grid, to drawing and discussing 3 different sets of tarot card readings, we discovered some eye-opening tendencies and located them within the physical body as well.

The Reiki session was amazing, she channeled some extremely powerful healing forces that I could feel at each energy point that she focused on. I could sense the pulsating energy of the Universe coming through her hands. Her soothing voice allowed me to recognize the darker parts within myself and be comfortable sitting with them at the center of my Inner World. I felt extremely open and revitalized once the session was over.

I began the session feeling like I was searching for something, I had a vision of holding a compass while rushing through different paths in a forest trying to figure out which path I "should" be on and if I'm doing everything "right." This vision transformed to one of being in the middle of a clearing with all the paths around me, sitting in the middle of the compass with a sense of peace. I feel ready to integrate these new realizations into my life going forward and practice the radical Self Love and Wholeness that Annika re-introduced into my life." ---Meg R., Client
