FlowState is a program for people who bleed, who want to dive deeply into what it means to be in harmony with the cycles of their bodies, of the earth, of the moon.

This program is for people that want to learn how to treat their monthly and seasonal cycles as the intentional ceremonies they have the potential to be.

People that want to realign their hearts, minds, spirits, bodies with the ancient cyclical wisdom that lives inside of each of us.

People who are called to step into their true nature as creators on this earth, and learn the intricacies of how our cycles are significantly entwined with this nature, in sacred knowing as well as scientific.

If this work calls to you, I implore you not to dismiss it. There is a reason.

We have been gifted the role as human transformers of energy on this earth. It is our birthright to be not only the SEERS of the new earth, but also the ENGINES.
